Laugh Til You Cry, Cry Til You Laugh Sep 20 Written By Sky Kinsman You’ve probably laughed so hard you’ve cried… but have you ever cried so hard you laughed?Crying can be so cathartic, so relieving, that it can bring about a feeling of lightness and joy as you let go; a big exhale of that which no longer serves you.So often, we are taught that crying is a sign of weakness, or something we shouldn’t do. But, crying is simply the body releasing emotion. The body needs this release to make room for joy. It’s a beautiful process.I’m not saying it happens in every session, or even for every person, but when it does, it is a wonder and an honor to witness. Sky Kinsman
