What happens in a session?

In many variations, the number one question I get asked is: What goes on in a session with you?

The short answer is that no two sessions are the same, so there’s no real way to answer succinctly. The longer answer is…

Sessions with me are a practice in intimacy. Intimacy with yourself through embodied feelings work (so juicy and good), guided visualizations (relax and focus on what you really desire), inner child work (love that kiddo!), and self-empowerment exercises (I bet you didn’t know you could move/touch/feel like that, you god(dess)).

Yes, all the work is fully clothed, but when it comes to practicing intimacy with a partner, there will likely be some work that involves closeness for energy exchange, touching so you can see what you like to give and receive, boundary work, maybe teaching about kink, and definitely a lot of flirtation and play if the session calls for that, or just holding/cuddling if the sessions calls for that!

If you’re in the session with a partner(s) I’ll guide you to find the space where you’re both/all getting your needs met. We repair any past damages done. We sit with the inevitable disappointment of relationship (yes, all relationships are sometimes disappointing), we move to wholeness, and we have sexy, explorative fun. There is talking, but it’s definitely more about the experiencing. The experience might be different every time. It’s all about learning who you each are, both in and out of the relationship, so you can grow together.

The best part is that I bring my full authentic self to every session. I show up vulnerably so that you can too. I cheerlead your desires, help you remove shame, and grant you the space and freedom to become the truest, most wonderful, version of you you’ve ever imagined… and from there you can bring that to your relationships with others. We may cry together, we may get turned on together… As I said, every session looks different. Number one, I remain attuned to you, and teach you how to attune to me.

From there, anything is possible.
